Description

Reporting into the Service Team Leader, the individual for this post will work as an autonomous practitioner, within scope of practice, to deliver a range of quality clinical services while meeting the clinical and commercial needs of the clinical contracts. In addition they will have a clinical focus towards the assessment and management of patients living with persistent pain. The successful individual will have the following key responsibilities: To develop and promote a positive and dynamic image and culture to both internal and external stakeholders. At all times striving to reflect and encourage the company’s core value behaviours To develop and foster productive relationships with patients, local Consultants, GPs and other key stakeholders. CLINICAL LOCATIONS MAY INCLUDE NHS COMMUNITY CLINICS, PRIVATE CLINICS, CORPORATE CLIENT SITES, SPORTS VENUES OR OTHER LOCATIONS WHERE CONNECT IS ENGAGED IN SERVICE DELIVERY You should hold a degree in Physiotherapy, be HCPC registered and be an experienced confident MSK ESP, with knowledge of managing a complex clinical caseload and willing to work independently and as part of the team.
