Description
The role of an ESP is about the consistent delivery of quality clinical management of musculoskeletal conditions for the patients presenting to the intermediate care service. You will work as a self-sufficient practitioner and deliver a quality clinical service meeting the clinical and commercial needs of the CMATS contracts. Whilst undertaking comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs, you must formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge is achieved. Developing and promoting a positive and dynamic image and culture, you must foster productive relationships with key stakeholders such as local Consultants, GP’s and corporate client sites and provide support and training to junior staff and Physiotherapy students. Experience of working in a Community Service and injection would be beneficial.
