About the role - We have a great opportunity to join our team as Operational Manager for our new Musculoskeletal services in North Kirklees and Wakefield. Reporting into our Regional Manager, the role predominantly involves the operational management of the services whilst, for those who are keen to do so, also maintaining a clinical caseload. It is likely to be an 80% management role. This is a great opportunity to combine professional leadership with the operational management of the North Kirklees and Wakefield services. You will support the Regional Manager (North) and the Regional Clinical Lead in providing leadership and motivation to the clinical team to facilitate the achievement of personal and commercial objectives and targets. Who we are looking for - You will be a qualified Physiotherapist with great experience of working in the NHS. We are looking for you to have proven experience of motivational leadership of your teams, with sound effective management strategies, combined with a strong patient focus. You will need to be highly self-motivated and achievement orientated. You will have proven experience of conducting all clinical interventions and related actions in line with relevant professional standards, such as CSP, and HCPC, as well as Connect standards and policies. You will be able to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and to maintain a contemporary record of such activity, in line with recommendations of CSP and HCPC.
