Description

About the role - Connect are now looking for an established, well-organised and conscientious ESP MSK Physiotherapists to deliver quality clinical care of musculoskeletal conditions for patients presenting in Community Services. The role of an ESP is about the consistent delivery of quality clinical management of musculoskeletal conditions for the patients presenting to the intermediate care service. You’ll work as a self-sufficient practitioner and deliver a quality clinical service meeting the clinical and commercial needs of the CATS/IMATT contracts. Whilst undertaking comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs, you must formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge is achieved. Developing and promoting a positive and dynamic image and culture, you must foster productive relationships with key stakeholders such as local Consultants, GP’s and corporate client sites and provide support and training to junior staff and Physiotherapy students. The role may involve team management of the service too. Who we are looking for - You will be positive, constructive and approachable, along with being registered with the HCPC, a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and a fully qualified Physiotherapist. We’re looking for you to be capable of managing a varied caseload of MSK patients, as well as having the ability to work under pressure and being committed to CPD.
