Connect are now looking for a well-organised and conscientious ESP / Clinical Team Leader to deliver quality clinical care of musculoskeletal conditions for patients presenting in Community Services. We are looking for someone who is able to work as an autonomous practitioner and deliver a quality clinical service meeting the clinical and commercial needs of the MSK services The role of an ESP/ Clinical Team Lead is about the consistent delivery of quality clinical management of musculoskeletal conditions for the patients presenting to the intermediate care service. You’ll strive for clinical excellence in the management of musculoskeletal problems to ensure optimal outcomes for patients. As the Clinical Team lead, you will support the Operations Manager in providing leadership and motivation to the clinical team in order to facilitate the achievement of personal and commercial objectives and targets. Working with the Operations Manager and Referral Management Centre (RMC) Team Leaders you will plan and ensure efficient operational delivery of allocated Services and contribute to the development of marketing initiatives and their implementation. The Team Leader role focusses on the consistent delivery of a quality clinical service and meeting the associated operational targets. To achieve this, the individual will need to demonstrate motivational leadership of their teams, and sound effective management strategies combined with a strong patient focus. They will need to be highly self motivated and achievement orientated. You will need to be organised, consistent and lead by example. Attention to detail, personal appearance and management style will be factors influencing success. Expected to be positive, constructive and approachable and carry out tasks with fairness and integrity.
