MSK/Senior MSK Physiotherapist (Ref: SOPS021)
Description
Connect are now looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, well-organised and conscientious Senior MSK Physiotherapists to deliver quality clinical care of musculoskeletal conditions for patients presenting in Community Services. The role supports multiple GP practices and health centres across the borough of Camden and you’ll be required to work in more than one site during the working week. You will be providing a subjective assessment via telephone with our patients and then face to face as required with them. You will be undertaking the comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs, you will formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge is achieved. You will be developing and promoting a positive and dynamic image and culture, you must foster productive relationships with key stakeholders such as local Consultants, GP’s and corporate client sites and provide support and training to junior staff and physiotherapy students. The role has opportunities to work within our NHS Community MSK Services and also our Occupational Health Services, with flexible working opportunities and Saturday working may be required on occasions too. You will be positive, constructive and approachable, along with being registered with the HCPC, a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and a fully qualified Physiotherapist. We are looking for you to be capable of managing a varied caseload of MSK patients, as well as having the ability to work under pressure and being committed to CPD.
