Description

About the role - Opportunities have arisen for Team Leader positions within our Occupational Physiotherapy Services (OPS) division. Our Team Leaders combine clinical and professional leadership in the operational management of OPS services, and will be expected to: Provide leadership and motivation to the OPS team in facilitating the achievement of objectives and targets Operationally manage regional OPS accounts and services Provide clinical leadership to ensure safe and effective delivery of clinical interventions in line with professional standards and governance requirements Contribute to the development of services and their implementation Develop and promote a positive and dynamic image and culture to both internal and external stakeholders, reflecting and encouraging core value behaviours amongst the team Provide an excellent standard of physiotherapeutic assessment, treatment, progress and advice to patients with a diverse range of MSK conditions with the occupational environment Develop and foster productive relationships with OPS customers and clients. Who we are looking for - The role of OPS Team Leader is about the consistent delivery of a quality clinical service and meeting the financial and operational targets of the OPS Division. The individual will need to demonstrate motivational leadership, sound effective management strategies and a strong customer focus. They will need to be highly self-motivated, achievement orientated and lead by example. Attention to detail and management style will be factors influencing success. Expected to be positive, constructive and approachable and carry out tasks with fairness and integrity. Commercial focus, excellent communication skills and commitment to delivering on KPIs and financial performance targets are key to success in this role. Clinically, the OPS Team Leader will ideally be educated in Occupational Physiotherapy, having attended courses run internally (Connect) and externally (ACPOHE) and demonstrated an ability to undertake high quality workplace assessments as well as functional rehab/return to work programmes. They will be able to provide a high quality source of expertise and support to the team, clinically and in the field of Occupational Physiotherapy.
