In addition, as a Team Leader the successful applicant will be allocated management time to provide mentoring and clinical supervision of clinical colleagues as well as the supporting the operational delivery of the service. These responsibilities will be supported by our Regional Consultant Physiotherapist and the Service Manager respectively. Who we are looking for - The Team Leader must demonstrate clinical excellence in MSK care delivery and be competent at developing this in others. We want to hear from physiotherapists with experience of line-managing fellow clinicians who can demonstrate motivational leadership of their teams, and sound effective management strategies combined with a strong patient focus. Suitable applicants may currently be working at Band 6 or 7 (or equivalent) looking for a new challenge in a new and exciting MSK service. We offer an internal management and leadership development programme to develop our Team Leaders into outstanding managers. In this role you will need to be organised, consistent and lead by example. Attention to detail, personal appearance and management style will be factors influencing success. You will be expected to be positive, constructive and approachable and carry out tasks with fairness and integrity.
